Ermis Luxury Suites & Apartments - Amoudara (Heraklion)

I felt very welcome here.

The bathroom was a little small.

The rooms at Ermis Luxury Suites & Apartments are equipped with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. I loved being able to prepare meals for my family during our stay. The private bathroom with shower in each unit was a great convenience. It made getting ready in the mornings hassle-free. The flat-screen TV in our apartment provided entertainment for the kids after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in our room a bit slippery at times. Others might enjoy the aesthetic, though.

The apartment was typical, staff was great and the room was brand-new. Unbeatable, peaceful location on the sea. I stayed once before and recommend it.

The rooms it offers are beautiful and modern with big terrasse. There's views of the sea and mountains. Also, the place is close to beaches: D

The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table was a game-changer for us as vegetarians/vegans. We loved being able to cook our own meals using fresh local ingredients. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch for relaxing evenings in the apartment. Having a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries made our stay comfortable and convenient. The soundproofing in the apartment helped us sleep peacefully and enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The electric kettle and kitchenware provided gave us the option to make our own hot beverages and snacks. The air conditioning in the double room kept us cool during the hot days. The garden view from the double room was refreshing and added a touch of nature to our stay. The stovetop in the double room allowed us to cook simple meals when we didn't feel like using the kitchen.

The tile/marble floor in the apartment was a bit slippery when wet, so we had to be extra cautious.

Had a wonderful time staying at a place that actually has WiFi that works! The balcony view was stunning and the continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Oh, the horror of having clean towels provided every day! How will I ever recover from this inconvenience?

This place offers picturesque views of the mountain and the beach, set in a peaceful location just a short stroll away from the sea and dining options in the heart of the town.

Spacious and clean rooms, near the beach, great meals, friendly hosts, nice birthday celebration.

Sandwitches in the "kitchen" weren't as easy to make as we had hoped.

I had such a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Heraklion. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had a pleasant balcony. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the center of the city. And the beach right next to the hotel was one of the best I've visited in Greece. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of food to choose from. The owners, Manolia and Nikos, were so kind and helpful, assisting with car rental and arranging airport taxis. I even got to enjoy some fresh cucumbers from their garden. I highly recommend Ermis Luxury Suites & Apartments for a fantastic stay in Heraklion. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was like a home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. It made cooking and enjoying meals incredibly convenient. As someone who loves cooking, this was a huge plus for me.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the apartment to be a bit cold and uncomfortable. But I understand that some people might appreciate its sleek look and easy cleanliness.

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y del centro histórico. El hotel está en una zona residencial tranquila y también está cerca de la estación de tren.

We had an amazing stay at a great value for our money. The room was clean and well-equipped, and we even had beach towels provided. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The staff, Manolia and Nikos, were warm, cute, and attentive.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.
